By accessing and using CredLocker ("the Service", "the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using CredLocker, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

CredLocker is a professional credentialing and training platform that provides educational content, structured learning programs, and verifiable digital credentials to help users develop and showcase their professional skills.

Our service includes:

• Interactive training programs and lessons across various professional domains
• Progress tracking and learning analytics
• Digital credentials (certifications and badges) with unique verification numbers
• Public credential registry for verification purposes
• My Locker - personal credential vault and public profile
• Downloadable certificates and badges for professional use
• Community features and networking tools

The content is for educational and professional development purposes only and does not constitute professional licensing or regulatory certification unless explicitly stated.

To access certain features, you must create an account using Google authentication. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Upon account creation, you will be assigned a unique candidate number for certification tracking purposes. This number is permanent and cannot be changed. It will appear on all your certifications and in the public registry.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for extended periods.

You may not create multiple accounts, share your account with others, or transfer your account to another person.

"My Locker" is your personal credential vault where you manage your earned certifications, downloadable badges, and profile information.

Every account automatically has a public profile, making your My Locker page searchable in the CredLocker Public Registry and viewable by anyone with the link. Public profiles include:

• Your chosen display name or alias (never your email address)
• General location (country/region) if provided
• Your unique candidate number
• Earned certifications with verification details (certificate numbers, dates)
• Optional bio and learning goal information

Your email address, detailed personal information, lesson progress details, and other private data are never included in public profiles or made searchable.

CredLocker offers educational certifications for completing structured training programs. These certifications are educational achievements and do not constitute professional licensing or regulatory certification.

All certifications are valid for five (5) years from the date of completion unless otherwise specified. Certification validity periods are clearly displayed on certificates, in your profile, and in the public registry.

Each certification includes:

• Unique certificate number for verification
• Your candidate number
• Issue and expiry dates
• Downloadable PDF certificate
• Downloadable badge image for professional use

Certifications cannot be transferred between accounts and are tied to your unique candidate number. We reserve the right to revoke certifications in cases of platform misuse, violation of terms, or if completion was achieved through fraudulent means.

The public certification registry is provided for verification and networking purposes, and every earned certification is automatically included.

Users may download digital badges and certificates for professional use on platforms like LinkedIn, resumes, portfolios, and websites. You are granted a limited license to display these materials as long as your certification remains valid.

You must not:

• Modify, alter, or edit badge or certificate designs in any way
• Remove or obscure CredLocker branding or verification information
• Misrepresent the scope, recognition, or validity of your certifications
• Continue displaying badges or certificates after certification expiry or revocation
• Share badges or certificates earned by others

All badge and certificate designs remain the intellectual property of CredLocker. If your certification expires or is revoked, you must immediately cease displaying associated materials on all platforms.

You agree to use CredLocker only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, user accounts, or data
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service without permission
• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without authorization
• Misrepresent your identity or credentials
• Share account access or create multiple accounts
• Attempt to circumvent training requirements or earn certifications fraudulently

All content on CredLocker, including training materials, lesson content, badge designs, certificate templates, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for personal, educational, and professional development purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or publicly perform any content from the service without our express written permission, except for the limited right to display your earned badges and certificates as described in these terms.

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to such collection and use.

We may collect:

• Account information (name, email address, location)
• Learning progress and completion data
• Certification and achievement records
• Usage analytics and performance data
• Public profile information
• Communications you send to us

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected promptly
• The service is free of viruses or harmful components
• The information provided is always accurate, complete, or current
• Certifications will be recognized by all employers or regulatory bodies

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us through the Contact page or using account deletion features if available.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your account and associated data, though certification records may be retained for verification purposes. You must cease displaying all CredLocker badges and certificates.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where CredLocker operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of our jurisdiction, as applicable.
